How do I access my member portal?
Click 'Access Resources' in the top navigation or visit /dashboard after signing in. Your portal includes your assessment status, consent documents, certification checklist, notifications, resource links, and your full formation progress overview.
Assessment
What is the Leadership Heart Alignment Assessment?
The Leadership Heart Alignment Assessment is a proprietary diagnostic tool that evaluates a leader's alignment across the core dimensions of the 7000 RPM Leadership System™. It assesses formation readiness, identifies growth areas, and provides a recommended certification track and learning pathway. The assessment is required for all certification candidates.
How long does the assessment take to complete?
The assessment typically takes 30–45 minutes. You can save your progress at any point and return to complete it. Once submitted, your results will be reviewed by Institute staff before being released to you.
When will I receive my assessment results?
Results are reviewed by the Institute team and released within 5–10 business days of submission. You will receive a notification when your results are ready. Results include a formation summary, domain scores, strengths, growth opportunities, and a recommended certification track.
Certification
What certifications does the Institute offer?
The Institute offers three certification levels: Certified Leadership Formation Associate™ (CLFA™) — foundational track; Certified Relational Leadership Practitioner™ (CRLP™) — advanced relational leadership; and Certified Relational Leadership Fellow™ (CRLF™) — master-level formation and facilitation. A specialty track, Fellowship of Covenant™, is also available for marriage and family formation.
How much does certification cost?
Certification investment varies by level: CLFA™ — $300 total ($75 registration fee + $225 tuition); CRLP™ — $700 total ($150 + $550); CRLF™ — $1,200 total ($300 + $900). The registration fee is non-refundable. Tuition may be partially refundable based on program access and completion. Certification is not guaranteed by payment — it requires completing all requirements and receiving admin approval.

What resources are available to members?
Members have access to a growing library of resources including: the Resource Library (PDFs, guides, worksheets), Video Library, Learning Pathways, Community Forums, Reflection Journal, Reading Library, Events Calendar, and Member Directory. Access levels vary by certification track and enrollment status.
Credentials
What is a credential and how do I verify one?
An Institute credential is an official certification issued upon completing all certification requirements. Each credential includes a unique credential ID and is listed in the Institute's public verification registry. Anyone — employers, ministries, or third parties — can verify an Institute credential by visiting /verify-credentials and entering the credential ID.
Badges
How do I earn badges?
Badges are awarded automatically when you reach specific milestones in your formation journey — such as completing your assessment, earning a certification, contributing to community forums, attending events, or joining a founding cohort. You can view your earned and available badges in the Badge Gallery accessible from your member portal.

The 7000 RPM Leadership Institute™ is a professional leadership formation organization dedicated to developing leaders through the integration of character, competency, and calling. We offer certification tracks, cohort-based formation, assessments, counseling, and a growing community of leaders across ministry, marketplace, healthcare, education, and more.
What does '7000 RPM' mean?
The name references the concept of operating at maximum sustainable capacity — not just peak performance, but peak formation. Just as an engine must be built to run at full capacity without breaking down, leaders must be formed — not just trained — to operate at their highest potential with integrity over time.
Is the Institute affiliated with a particular denomination or church?
The 7000 RPM Leadership Institute™ is a non-denominational professional formation organization. We welcome leaders from all faith traditions, as well as marketplace and organizational leaders who align with our values of character-based leadership, relational integrity, and purposeful service.

What personal data does the Institute collect?
We collect information that identifies your organization or personnel, such as contact details, professional roles, and strategic diagnostics. This data is collected through direct interactions or digital platforms to fulfill our leadership development services.
Do you sell my personal data to third parties?
No. We do not sell your data. Information is only shared with trusted third-party service providers who assist in our operations, or when required by law.
How long do you retain my data?
Retention periods vary by data type. For example, participant contact information is retained for the duration of your engagement plus 3 years. Financial records are retained for 7 years as required by law. See our Data Retention Policy for full details.
Accessibility
How do I request an accessibility accommodation?
Contact the Institute through our official contact page, describe the accommodation you need and the nature of the barrier, and our team will respond within 5 business days.
Security
How do I report a security vulnerability?
Submit your concern through our official contact page and mark your inquiry as 'Security Report — Confidential.' Include a description of the vulnerability, steps to reproduce it, and its potential impact. We will acknowledge your report within 5 business days.
General
What are the consequences of violating the Test Rules & Integrity Policy?
Violations may result in immediate disqualification from the current assessment, removal from the certification program, revocation of previously awarded credentials, and in some cases reporting to relevant professional bodies.
AI Use
Are AI tools used in the Institute's programs?
Yes, in limited ways. AI tools may assist with administrative functions and initial assessments. However, all AI-generated outputs are reviewed by qualified human consultants before any decisions are made. Human oversight is always maintained.
