Founding
Cohort
The 7000 RPM Founding Cohort is not a course. It is a covenant formation experience — designed for serious faith-based leaders who are ready to submit to a proven formation process, build alongside peers of equal conviction, and emerge with a credential that reflects genuine transformation.
Built for Leaders Who Are Done with Half-Formation
The Founding Cohort is not for leaders who want a certificate for their wall. It is for leaders who have reached the point where they know that what they are doing is not enough — and they are willing to do the work to become what their calling demands.
Ten leaders. One cohort. A formation process that does not cut corners. By the end of the cohort, you will have been assessed, formed, mentored, tested in practicum, and — if you complete the requirements — formally commissioned by the Institute.
Founding Cohort members carry a credential that reflects something genuinely earned. Not completed. Earned.
- ·Maximum 10 leaders per cohort
- ·Application and facilitator review required
- ·Covenant commitment required before enrollment
- ·Regular attendance at cohort sessions is mandatory
- ·Practicum completion required for commissioning

Founding Cohort members who complete all formation requirements are eligible for the CRLP™ credential. Certification requires facilitator review and is not automatically awarded upon enrollment.
