Coaching & Pastoral Guidance Disclaimer

Coaching and pastoral guidance offered through or affiliated with the 7000 RPM Leadership Institute™ are non-clinical, educational, and formational services designed to support leadership development, personal growth, relational health, and life navigation from a biblical and values-based framework.

Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented partnership. The coach supports the client in identifying goals, developing strategies, and working toward personal and professional development within a defined coaching agreement.

Coaching and pastoral guidance are not and do not constitute:

• ·Licensed mental health therapy, counseling, or psychotherapy
• ·Clinical diagnosis of any mental health condition
• ·Treatment of mental illness, trauma, or psychological disorders
• ·Medical advice or healthcare services
• ·Psychiatric evaluation or treatment
• ·Crisis intervention or emergency mental health services
• ·Legal advice or legal counsel
• ·Financial planning or investment advice

Pastoral guidance provided through the Institute is offered from a biblical, spiritually-informed framework. It is a form of spiritual care and formation support — not licensed therapy, clinical counseling, or religious ordination-based pastoral counseling in a clinical sense.

Pastoral guidance may address spiritual questions, life transitions, marriage and family dynamics, leadership challenges, and faith-based discernment. It does not replace licensed mental health care.

Coaches and pastoral guides affiliated with the Institute are not permitted to diagnose mental health conditions, recommend specific medications, or provide treatment for clinical mental health concerns.

If, in the course of coaching, concerns arise that suggest the need for clinical mental health support, the coach will refer the client to appropriate licensed professional resources.

Licensed Counseling Services offered through or affiliated with this platform are completely separate from coaching and pastoral guidance and operate independently under applicable clinical and privacy regulations.

Before a coaching or pastoral guidance session is confirmed, the following are required:

• ·Completion and submission of the Counseling/Coaching Intake Form
• ·Acknowledgement of the Coaching Agreement and liability waiver
• ·Acknowledgement that coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for licensed care
• ·Electronic signature confirming all acknowledgements

Clients engaging in coaching or pastoral guidance accept responsibility for:

• ·Disclosing any relevant mental health concerns or crisis history that may affect coaching appropriateness
• ·Seeking licensed care if needed and recommended by a coach or their own judgment
• ·All decisions and actions taken based on coaching conversations — coaches do not make decisions for clients
• ·Honoring the coaching agreement, including session commitments and confidentiality
• ·Completing required intake forms honestly and completely

The Institute is committed to the wellbeing of every person who engages with its services. If at any point during coaching a coach determines or suspects that a client's needs exceed the scope of non-clinical coaching, the coach will:

• ·Communicate this concern clearly and compassionately to the client
• ·Provide appropriate referrals to licensed mental health resources
• ·Suspend coaching services if the client's safety or wellbeing requires it
• ·Follow applicable duty-to-report requirements where applicable by law
